What we offer all of our customers is a chance to try any of our furniture in their home before they have to pay for it, we like to call it our no commitment policy, so here is how it works, customer comes in to our showroom,we advise them on what will suit them the best, they then make the final decision and we take the order. At Cane Direct we do not even take any deposit,no not a penny.

Customer then waits around two weeks and we then deliver the furniture, if it all fits as we think it will do and the customer is happy only then do they paid for what they are keeping, if the furniture looks wrong for any reason, or the customer is unhappy for reason they can quite happily send it all back, and is has not cost them a dine! Or they can send part of it back and they just pay for what they keep.

No other company can offer a service like this when buying cane furniture.
